Top 5 Wednesday – Rainy Day Reads

oie_QT65sxgKZcFWHey guys, today I’m doing another top 5 Wednesday post. 🙂 As always, t5w was created by gingerreadslainey on youtube. You can join the GR’s group for topics and more here. This week’s topic is your top 5 rainy day reads. I interpret rainy day reads as books that are “must-read-in-one-sitting”, or more melancholy/thought provoking books that reflect the weather. But that’s me.

81pujydq2yl5. Throne of Glass

The ToG series is probably one of my all time favorites despite the fact it has YA tropes galore. It’s the type of series I wish I had all the books to, so then I could just spend a day marathoning it.

64828374. Before I Fall

Before I Fall definitely counts as one of those “super thought provoking books” I was talking about. It was sad in a happy way, if you get what I mean. And the ending is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve ever read. ❤

136381253. Vicious

Vicious is a freaking awesome anti-hero story that really makes you think. It’s also a page-turner. I read it all in one sitting. It’s probably one of my all time favorite books. I highly recommend it.

I love Brandon Sanderson but his books are REALLY heavy. Perfect for a day when you have a ton of time to just read.

harry_potter_and_the_sorcerers_stone1. Harry Potter

Need I say more? (NOTE: I mean harry potter as in all the books and all the movies. although I suppose movies aren’t books but whatever)

Well… that’s a wrap. Comment below a book you think is perfect for a rainy day! – Yasmin
